ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client operates within the Australian disability services and education sector, supporting service providers through strategic marketing, education programs, business development initiatives, and community engagement.
Working Hours: Must be available to work in line with Australian business hours and support Australian public holiday scheduling where required
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This role is responsible for transforming strategic marketing direction into engaging visual communication that connects with the target audience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design social media content across multiple platforms
• Create Meta advertising creatives and campaign visuals
• Develop brochures, presentations, branded assets, and marketing collateral
• Produce website graphics and digital marketing materials
• Support campaign execution and reporting
ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar creative design or content role
• Strong written and verbal English communication is mandatory
• Excellent communication and presentation skills when working with Australian stakeholders and clients
• Experience creating engaging social media and digital marketing content
• Willingness to work Australian business hours and align with Australian public holiday schedules where required
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
• Demonstrated experience and/or certification in CRM systems is highly preferred
• Demonstrated experience and/or certification in AI-driven marketing tools or AI workflow systems is highly preferred
• Experience with Meta Ads and paid social campaigns
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
• Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete an online monitored assessment as part of the recruitment process
• The assessment may take up to 1 hour and is mandatory before progressing to the final interview stage
