Key Responsibilities:
We're Hiring: Graphic Designer (Full-time) Join the force behind Noble Heist – a bold, high-performance padel racket brand built for athletes who play with precision, power, and identity. We’re looking for a designer with a sharp eye, a strong sense of branding, and the ability to translate movement, rhythm, and bold energy into visual storytelling.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute visual concepts across digital & print: social media, packaging, campaigns, presentations, and website assets.
- Collaborate on brand identity development and creative direction with the core team.
- Create visuals that capture the world of padel with a bold, modern, and premium aesthetic.
- Translate performance-driven storytelling into engaging design assets.
- Participate in campaign ideation and assist in maintaining a cohesive brand look across all touchpoints
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2+ years of experience in graphic design (sports, lifestyle, or fashion brand experience is a plus).
- Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – motion design is a bonus).
- Have a strong portfolio that shows understanding of layout, typography, and brand system design.
- Have passion or curiosity about the world of sports, especially emerging subcultures like padel.
- Are self-driven, open to feedback, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
