Paid Internship, 2 month placement, based in Bandung
Job Responsibilities:
- Content Calendar & Scheduling: Design and compile a comprehensive monthly content calendar and manage the scheduling of content to ensure publication at optimal times.
- Visual & Video Editing: Transform provided scripts or copy into engaging visual assets and short-form videos. Take full responsibility for the editing process using tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, or AI image generators.
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize company social media accounts, with a primary focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor the latest trends (audio, visual formats, challenges) on TikTok and Instagram, analyze performance data (engagement, reach, growth), and compile monthly analytics reports.
Job Qualifications:
- Highly proficient with a deep understanding of the features, trends, and organic algorithms of TikTok and Instagram.
- Possess advanced skills in using graphic design and video editing software (such as CapCut, Canva, and Figma).
- Possess a strong instinct for visual storytelling, capable of translating text/copy into video content or infographics that drive audience interaction
- Accustomed to working with content calendars and disciplined in managing daily content schedules.
- An interest in the sustainable aquaculture industry, fisheries innovation, or blue carbon is a plus for tailoring the visual tone of the content.
