Job Description
- Develop and create visual designs for both digital and print materials in accordance with the company's brand guidelines.
- Produce creative content including graphic designs, photography, and videography for social media, websites, marketplaces, and other marketing channels.
- Conduct product photography, corporate event documentation, and other visual content requirements.
- Plan and execute video shoots for promotional campaigns, product launches, events, and social media content.
- Edit photos and videos to produce high-quality and engaging visual content.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and content strategies.
- Design marketing materials such as banners, brochures, posters, presentations, and other promotional assets.
- Ensure consistency of all visual content with the company's branding and communication standards.
- Organize, manage, and maintain design, photo, and video assets in an efficient filing system.
- Stay updated with industry trends in graphic design, photography, videography, and digital content creation to continuously improve content quality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design, Multimedia, Content Creation, or a related role.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar applications.
- Strong understanding of photography and videography principles, including camera operation, lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create compelling visual concepts and transform ideas into engaging creative content.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and aesthetic sense.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must provide a portfolio showcasing graphic design, photography, and videography projects.
