- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, DKV, Film, or related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media content or creative marketing

- Experience in leading and managing creative/content team

- Strong storytelling & creative thinking skills

- Up-to-date with TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts & digital trends

- Understand audience behavior & content performance

Job Description:

- Develop creative content ideas & storytelling strategies

- Create engaging scripts with strong hooks & CTA

- Supervise content quality before publishing

- Collaborate with Brand, Design, Video & Ads teams

- Analyze content performance for future improvements
