- Do brainstorming sessions with the team to come up with impactful ideas
- Consistently and concisely creating and managing content plan, calendar, and cadence of TikTok posts
- Writing Script & Directing content for TikTok
- Ensure all content is relevant to our target audience, writing objectives, and branding guidelines
- Monitor and stay on top of timely creative trends and culturally relevant moments to push forward our Social Media efforts with speed and efficiency
- Track and monitor the success of Social Media initiatives and provide reports and recommendations
- Have a good relationship with internal teams and external partners to support creative initiatives and production plan approaches for mini or big campaigns.
- Fully responsible for researching, buying, or creating Art or Property for the Content Production
- Min. Bachelor Degree from Any Major
- Min. 2 years for working in creative content strategist
- Advanced knowledge and prior experience doing scriptwriting, copywriting, and directing content for TikTok.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Have a good sense of content awareness with the perfect blend of creative and technical skills
- Creative and highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proven record of excellent creative content strategist demonstrated in a portfolio
- A deep understanding of TikTok Algorithms, ID Cultures, trends in TikTok and other Social Media.
- Ability to spot trends and assess new data in order to provide content idea recommendations
- Willing to work full time at Legok, Tangerang, Banten
