Job Summary
Transforms raw footage from the Creative Content Specialist (AI Content) Internal into multiple content variations using AI tools — accelerating content production without sacrificing quality or brand authenticity.
Key Responsibilities
- Find engaging content ideas with AI prompts.
- Explore & apply AI video tools (e.g. Kling AI, Runway, HeyGen, CapCut AI) for content production
- Create hook, script, and content variations from a single piece of raw footage
- AI-assisted editing to speed up the team's content throughput
- Repurpose brand content into multiple formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
- Document effective AI tools & workflows for the team's reference
- Ensure AI-generated content still feels authentic and does not replace genuine affiliate/KOL reviews
Qualifications
- Familiar with at least 2-3 AI tools for video/content (Kling, Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- Must have a portfolio showcasing AI-assisted content
- Understands basic prompt engineering for visual/video output
- Able to work collaboratively with the Content Creator Internal
- Stays current with the latest AI tools in the content industry
Nice to Have
- Experience building AI workflows for brands/SMEs
- Basic copywriting skills for hooks & scripts
- Familiar with homeliving, stuff and moms&baby product
