Key Responsibilities:
Copywriters:
- Develop content ideas and write scripts for various platforms (Reels, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Create weekly content ideas and ready-to-use scripts.
For Content Creators:
- Record videos according to provided scripts and briefs.
- Act as talent for certain video shoots, performing based on the script and brand guidelines.
- Manage other talent for video shoots, ensuring they follow the script and deliver engaging performances.
- Maintain engaging expressions and delivery that connect with the audience.
- Ensure consistency in video quality and message delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree from any major, final-year students are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in social media and content creation.
- Able to work with different content formats (writing or video).
- Energetic, creative, and adaptable to brand tone.
- Ability to work fast and deliver quality content consistently.
