Creative Content & Guest Experience Officer

Seven Days Agency is a Bali-based company focused on long-term rentals across our apartment businesses, and we're now launching a new visa agency. We're a small team looking for a creative all-rounder to build our brand online, help it grow, and make sure our guests feel at home

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Creative & growth

• Build and manage our social media and website content across our businesses

• Design graphics and posts with your own style

• Help launch and grow our visa agency through campaigns, content and lead follow-up

Guest experience & admin

• Reply to guest messages and help with check-ins or urgent guest issues

• Admin support across the company

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A strong creative instinct and a personal style. You don't need to be a trained graphic designer

• Good written and spoken English (our daily working language)

• Friendly, calm and solution-focused with people

• Organised and able to work independently

• Live within 30–40 minutes of Canggu (needed for urgent guest issues)

• Indonesian citizen

• Experience in hospitality, tourism or lifestyle content is a big plus, but not a must
