Job Purpose:
We’re looking for a versatile Creative & Video Specialist Intern to join our vibrant team. You’ll operate cameras, lighting, audio, and live-stream setups to capture high-quality footage, then transform raw clips into polished videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and online events—collaborating with content and design teams to ensure brand consistency and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing: Skillfully edit raw footage into polished video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and educational materials, ensuring it aligns with the brands tone and objectives.
- Video Production: Assist in video production tasks, including setting up and operating cameras, arranging lighting and audio equipment, and supporting on-set coordination to capture high-quality footage that meets project requirements.
- Creative Input: Collaborate with the content teams to develop fresh and innovative ideas for video content that captivate and engage viewers.
- Event Support: Ensure flawless live online events by setting up, operating, and troubleshooting all video gear—including cameras, and streaming software & hardware.
- Quality Control: Review and refine final video cuts, ensuring seamless transitions, audio-visual coherence, and adherence to deadlines.
- Optimization: Adapt video formats for various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, optimizing each for platform-specific requirements and audience preferences.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly meetings with the content, marketing, and design teams to discuss project updates, brainstorm new ideas, and ensure alignment on video content objectives.
Requirements:
- Talenesia’s Mission: Driven & motivated by Talenesia’s mission.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in Videographer & Video Editor or a similar role.
- Video Editing Skills: Ability to create clear, and engaging videos that are grammatically correct and free of errors.
- Videography & Live Streaming: Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and tripods to frame and capture high-quality footage, set up and troubleshoot lighting and audio equipment, and manage live-stream workflows—monitoring encoder settings, ensuring network stability, and delivering seamless broadcasts to online platforms.
- Preferable Tools: Premiere Pro, Capcut
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust style and tone to match different audiences and platforms (e.g., Youtube, Tiktok, IG Reels).
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative Spirit: Willingness to work with a team and take feedback constructively.
- Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas with good taste in visual design and storytelling areas.
- Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Active listening skills, strong empathy, and an influential communication style.

The listed salary is for illustration purposes only.
The actual compensation offered by the company will range between IDR 500,000 and 750,000.
