Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social media, content creation, graphic design, or a related field.
* Experienced in managing social media platforms and developing engaging content.
* Able to create graphic designs and visual content for social media.
* Proficient in video editing and creative content production.
* Familiar with design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar applications.
* Good administrative skills with strong attention to detail in managing documents and data.
* Creative, communicative, and up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
* Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop social media content.
* Create designs, videos, and other creative materials.
* Edit photos and videos for publication and promotional purposes.
* Plan and manage social media posting schedules.
* Assist with administrative tasks and company documentation.
* Ensure all content and administrative documents are well-organized and completed accurately and on time.
