Deskripsi pekerjaan Creative & PR (Community) Officer Mantappu Corp.
Job Descriptions:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Mantappu talent supporters (fanbase) through group chats, online & on-site meetings, and event activations.
- Initiate or supervise events organized by the fanbase, ensuring smooth execution and providing a satisfying experience for fans.
- Create creative content ideas for talents and collaborate with talents and related divisions.
- Provide solutions during talent crisis, monitor crisis development, and track circulating information.
- Prepare weekly reports on discussions or activities within the talent supporter communities (fanbase).
- Create monthly analysis reports of the managed talent's social media performance based on collected data.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies or other relevant fields.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience.
- Social media, trend/issues savvy and creative.
- Up-to-date with current trends and popular issues.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Capable of planning, organizing, and executing events effectively.
- Capable of managing community development, public relations, event organizing, or social media management.
