Job Description :
You will be responsible for developing creative packaging and marketing materials that align with the brand identity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into impactful visual designs across online and offline channels, while ensuring design consistency, staying up to date with visual trends, managing design assets, and supporting product launches and marketing campaigns.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Creative Design, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in packaging design and print production, including artwork preparation, Pantone/CMYK, color checking, and basic printing principles.
- Basic proficiency in motion graphics or video editing using After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare production-ready artwork.
- Creative, proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects, revisions, and deadlines.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG is a plus.
