Job Description — Production Lead
Role Overview
We are looking for a Production Lead to oversee the agency’s end-to-end production workflow, including planning, shooting, editing, quality control, and final delivery. This role will manage production-related team members such as graphic designers, videographers, and editors to ensure all outputs are delivered smoothly, on time, and up to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- * Oversee daily production workflow from pre-production to final delivery.
- * Manage shooting schedules, production timelines, and team workload.
- * Coordinate with Project Managers, creative team, designers, videographers, and editors.
- * Allocate tasks based on team capacity, project priority, and deadlines.
- * Monitor editing and design progress to ensure timely delivery.
- * Review production outputs and provide quality control before submission.
- * Ensure all deliverables are aligned with creative brief, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
- * Identify production bottlenecks and help solve timeline or resource issues.
- * Improve production workflow, tracking system, and team coordination.
Requirements
- * Experience in production management, creative production, or content production.
- * Good understanding of video production, editing, graphic design, and social media content.
- * Strong scheduling, coordination, and workload management skills.
- * Detail-oriented with a good eye for visual quality.
- * Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
- * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- * Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- * Familiar with Google Sheets, Google Drive, and production trackers.
Preferred
- * Experience in creative agency, production house, digital agency, or social media agency.
- * Experience handling TikTok, Instagram Reels, short-form video, or ads content production.
- * Experience managing designers, videographers, editors, or freelance production teams.
