Creative AE Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee the Creative Account Executive, Planner, and Creative Design teams.
2. Translate client briefs into clear strategic directions and creative solutions.
3. Ensure alignment between client needs → strategy → idea → creative output → execution.
4. Lead brainstorming, strategic planning, and creative development processes.
5. Review and maintain the quality of proposals, creative concepts, presentations, and team deliverables.
6. Act as the escalation point for client needs and project-related problem-solving.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
8. Manage team workload, priorities, and capacity.
9. Provide direction, coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to team members.
10. Develop team capabilities and monitor individual performance.
11. Collaborate with the Activation Manager to ensure creative concepts are feasible and well-executed.
12. Coordinate with the Finance and Management teams regarding project feasibility and requirements.
13. Ensure project development timelines and deliverables are achieved.
14. Identify potential business development and project opportunities.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a Creative Agency, Advertising Agency, Brand Activation, Event Agency, or Marketing Communication industry.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role.
3. Strong background in Account Management, Strategic Planning, and/or Creative Development.
4. Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
5. Strong understanding of branding, campaigns, creative strategy, and brand activation.
6. Strong strategic and creative thinking skills.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Strong client relationship management skills.
9. Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
10. Basic understanding of project management and budgeting is a plus.
