CREATIVE ADMIN & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
BALI BASED
Instabus is a Bali-based photo booth and event entertainment business working with weddings, events, festivals and hospitality venues.
We’re looking for someone creative, organized and independent to help grow and manage the business.
📍 Jl Raya Padonan, Bali
🗓️ Monday – Friday
⏰ 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💰 Starting salary (1 months probation): IDR 4,000,000/month
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and find new events, festivals and business opportunities
* Contact and follow up with wedding organizers, event organizers and potential clients
* Maintain leads, contacts and schedules
* Help coordinate events and projects
* Develop and organize new themes and creative concepts
* Research and source products, props, decorations and suppliers
* Help with Canva, social media and simple marketing materials
* Basic accounting, reports and general administration
* Support day-to-day business operations
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS:

* Good at communicating
* Comfortable speaking and writing in English
* Good at researching and solving problems
* Comfortable contacting new people
* Reliable and responsive
* Comfortable using computers and Google Sheets / Excel
* Canva experience is an advantage
Formal education is less important to us than attitude, creativity, communication and the ability to work independently.
