CPO Executive (Crude Palm Oil)

1. Manage end-to-end procurement for commodity raw materials (corn & starch)

2. Develop sourcing strategies and ensure cost-effective purchasing

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers (local & import)

4. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms

5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability

6. Conduct market analysis on commodity trends and pricing

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Agriculture, or a related field

2. 3-5 years of experience in commodity trading, preferably CPO or palm oil derivatives

3. Strong understanding of CPO trading mechanisms and market dynamics

4. Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

6. Good command of English, both written and spoken

7. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
