Selearn Academy(PT Selearn Global Learning Indonesia) is currently inviting experienced professionals from various industries to collaborate as Course Instructors on our learning platform.

This role is designed for practitioners who wish to contribute their professional expertise by developing structured, practical, and outcome-oriented courses for learners.

Role Overview

Position : Course Instructor any Industries

Work Type : Remote

Engagement Model : Course-based collaboration (non-full-time)

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop structured course content based on professional experience
Translate real-world practices into clear learning modules and materials
Prepare instructional content, including videos, modules, assignments, or assessments
Provide practical insights and guidance aligned with industry standards
Review and refine course content to maintain quality and relevance
Manage course development timelines independently

Compensation & Revenue Model

Revenue-sharing collaboration model (Instructor 70% & Platform Fee 30%)
Compensation is based on course sales through the Selearn platform
No Taxes for withdraw revenue.

Qualifications

Proven professional experience in the relevant industry
Strong communication and instructional skills
Proficient in using digital tools and online platforms
Able to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely
Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or training is advantageous
Formal academic qualifications are not mandatory; professional experience is prioritized
