Responsibilities:
* Providing sales consultations to first-time customers, effectively identifying their needs, introducing appropriate products, and selling English 1 products to help meet their needs.
* Build strong rapport and trust with customers, maintain good relationships, and get referrals.
* Invite and consult customers on their needs and interests, and develop a suitable study plan during the consultation.
* Pitch the most suitable program, achieve sales target.
* Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of the center.
* Other admin and operational duties and responsibilities assigned by the company or when needed.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in any field
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Sales ability in delivering effective sales pitches & closing deals
* A minimum of 2 years of sales experience
* A results-driven person
* Can-do attitude, emotional intelligence, and passion
* Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to work on weekends if needed
* Sales or education industry experience is a plus
* Min. A2 level of English
