• Provide consultation to parents and students regarding programs and learning needs
• Conduct follow-ups on online/offline leads and convert them into student enrollment
• Present and explain the company’s courses and learning solutions
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the branch
• Coordinate with teachers and operations team for trial classes and scheduling
• Experienced in organizing education events
• Support branch promotions and events (open house, WhatsApp blast, school events, etc.)
Job Requirements
• Minimum High School graduate (Diploma/Bachelor’s preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, consulting, or customer service (preferably in education or children’s learning centers)
• Sales-oriented and target-driven
• Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills
• Friendly, confident, and comfortable interacting with parents and children
• Able to work with follow-up systems and regular reporting
