The Role: Course Consultant
Convert leads into happy, long-term students through expert consultations and proactive follow-up.
What You Will Do
- Own the sales pipeline: qualify leads, run consultations, and close enrollments
- Conduct needs-based consultations and placement assessments to recommend the right course
- Follow up consistently (calls, messages, visits) to hit monthly & annual targets
- Support center events, school visits, and community activities to generate new leads
- Keep CRM records, schedules, and parent communication organized and up to date
