Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver employee’s/client’s assets and documents
- Route planning to optimize efficiency and ensure documents/assets are delivered on time
- Responsible for high value/confidential asset/documents
- Filling out paperworks for completed deliveries
- Responsible for administrative activities regarding documents received (eg: scan, input data to template, organize documents)
Qualification
- Min. High School graduate or equivalent
- Preferably experience working as a Courier
- Have a private vehicle and valid driver's license (SIM C)
- High integrity, good time management, and detail-oriented
- Have knowledge and operation of Ms. Office Suites (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google Workspace
- Multitasking skills, communicative, and fast learner
- Available to start immediately
