Develop and execute the company's local business strategy and market expansion.
Identify new customers, business opportunities, and market potential in the lighting industry.
Drive sales, revenue, and profitability growth.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, developers, consultants, and key customers.
Develop and manage the local sales and distribution network.
Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
Effectively manage, lead, and develop the local team to achieve business targets.
Manage country budget, P&L, pricing, and business performance.
Ensure business operations comply with company policies and local regulations.
Take a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach to building and growing the business in a startup environment.
