- to perform relevant insights, business analysis and reporting for assigned projects, to make the right decisions, address key challenges, and identify new ways to grow.
- to evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- to recommend new techniques and technologies to achieve business goals
- to develop action plans to overcome business challenges, by utilizing data, planning, prioritization, and decision making and putting plans into action.
- to maintain clear and complete knowledge on business operations and procedures.
- to provide leadership to teams and cross-functional teams on the execution of an implementation, work plan, or other strategic initiative.
- Min 3 years of working experience in the property industry
- Min 1 year of leading a team (minimum of 5 people)
- Target driven and result oriented
- Excellent in solving problems and using qual/quant, and using data to inform decisions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate level of english both written and verbal
