You will manage customer relationships, coordinate impactful events, and drive engagement through strategic digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist store visitors, guests, and event participants with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proactively handle customer inquiries and facilitate online community engagement.
- Maintain the CRM/customer database and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Identify and cultivate potential business opportunities and partnerships through customer interactions.
- Coordinate and support workshops and community engagement activities (Preferred).
- Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling and digital campaigns (Preferred).
Success Metrics
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and optimal response times.
- Growth in event attendance and active community participation.
- Demonstrated growth and retention within the CRM database.
- Increased engagement and follower growth across social media channels.
