We are looking for a Cost Control Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring costs, controlling budgets, analyzing variances, and ensuring efficient financial performance across company operations.
What You'll Do:
- Monitor and control company expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Prepare and analyze cost reports, budget forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Review purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices for cost accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to maintain effective cost management practices.
- Support monthly closing activities by providing accurate cost data and reports.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
- Familiarity with internal audit procedures and hospitality financial controls.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Cost Control, Accounting, Finance, or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
