Deskripsi pekerjaan Cost Control PT Ecotekno Anugerah Karya
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Sipil
- Usia maksimal 35 tahun
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Cost Control
- Menguasai dokumen tender (Gambar, BoQ, RKS, dan Spesifikasi Teknis)
- Mengklarifikasi, menegoisasi dokumen lampiran dan data tender untuk proses penentuan mandor, subkontraktor, dan vendor lainnya
- Site visit ke lokasi project
- Menyusun RAPP project
- Memproses SPK untuk rekanan project
- Mahir dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, dan lainnya)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Memastikan rekanan melengkapi dokumen-dokumen pelaksanaan project seperti approval spesifikasi material, shop drawing, sample material, schedule, metode pelaksanaan, dan lain-lain
- Memvalidasi progress rekanan untuk pembayaran progress
- Mempelajari dan mengkoordinasikan perubahan - perubahan gambar yang terjadi selama pelaksanaan project
- Membuat SPK pekerjaan tambah untuk rekanan
- Melaksanakan audit ke site project untuk memvalidasi progress dan mutu rekanan
