PT Coco Development Group is looking for an experienced Cost Control professional to join our team in Badung, Bali.
Responsibilities
* Audit Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor price variances.
* Validate purchase requisitions and monitor inventory par levels.
* Reconcile goods received with invoices and purchase documents.
* Evaluate vendor performance and supplier delivery accuracy.
* Analyze cost impacts of change orders and specification changes.
* Prepare procurement commitment and cash flow reports.
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve purchasing efficiency.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Control or a related financial analysis role.
* Experience in Hospitality (Hotel/Restaurant), Property Development, or Construction industries.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
* Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
