Cost & Inventory Controller

Requirements

Available immediately (no 1-month notice period)

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Minimum 1 year experience in Cost Control, Inventory, or Finance (F&B is a plus)

Strong understanding of COGS, inventory, and financial reporting

Familiar with ERP systems & POS integration

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

Knowledge of cost budgeting & variance analysis

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot, formulas)

Good communication skills and able to work cross-functionally

Willing to work from office (WFO) in Sudirman, South Jakarta

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage cost & expense budgets, monitor actual vs plan, and ensure spending efficiency

Prepare and maintain accurate COGS and validate daily cost inputs

Prepare weekly & monthly reports, analyze variances, and identify cost trends

Handle end-to-end ERP flow: POS, inventory, procurement, to financial reporting

Control inventory to minimize discrepancies and wastage

Review & approve purchase requests in line with budget and policies

Verify purchase invoices before payment

Monitor OPEX to ensure efficiency and budget compliance

Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures

Coordinate with operations to optimize cost performance

Improve cost control systems and reporting processes
