Deskripsi pekerjaan Cost Accounting Manager (Footwear Industry) Pt Adis Dimension Footwear
This is a full-time, on-site role based at PT Adis Dimension Footwear in Balaraja, Tangerang. The role is responsible for leading and managing cost accounting activities to ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and financial reporting. As a leader, this position also oversees month-end closing, cost variance analysis, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen costing accuracy, operational efficiency, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, particularly the SCM and Financial Modules
- Strong experience in manufacturing cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial analysis
- Good understanding of standard costing, inventory valuation, cost allocation, and cost variance analysis
- Experience in footwear, garment, FMCG, electronics, or other manufacturing industries is preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and a strong continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Strong awareness of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards

- Willing to placed in Balaraja, Tangerang (Monday-Thursday, 07:00 - 16:00 & Friday 07:00 - 16:30)
