Cost Accounting (Automotive Industry - English Speaking)

Job Description:

Operational Financial & Accounting Records:

• Perform daily accounting transactions and entries related to operational costs, cost accounting, finance, and taxation.
• Support the tracking and monitoring of operational expenses and CAPEX/OPEX.

Cost Analysis & Control:

• Input and prepare data for Standard Cost Accounting and assist in variance analysis (actual vs. budgeted cost).
• Gather cost and project data to support financial insights and cost optimization efforts.

Compliance & Standards:

• Ensure operational transactions and supporting documents comply with applicable PSAK, IFRS, and local tax regulations.

ERP System Usage & Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Utilize ERP systems for daily financial data entry, reporting, and cost allocation.
• Work closely with Procurement, Production/Operations, IT, and Finance/Accounting teams to maintain proper financial controls.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Business level in English to communicate with internal and external, Japanese skill is a plus point
• Minimum 2 years as Finance Accounting Tax including Costing Assistant Manager level in the manufacturing industry, has experience in managing subordinates
• Hold Tax brevet A & B certification
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations, Transfer Pricing, OECD Guidelines, PSAK, IFRS, and Standard Cost Accounting
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skill
