Job Title: CSR Officer
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, self-driven CSR Officer to independently manage and execute our Corporate Social Responsibility programs from end to end. You will be the single person responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting on CSR initiatives — with full ownership of every stage.
This role requires flexibility. Events and programs occasionally take place in the evenings and on weekends, and you may be contacted outside of standard office hours when programs are running. What You'll Do
• Manage and execute CSR programs and events end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Coordinate with external partners, NGOs, community organizations, and vendors
• Handle all on-ground logistics during events — setup, operations, and breakdown
• Prepare post-event reports, impact documentation, and stakeholder updates
• Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Communications) for alignment
• Draft CSR-related content including briefs, press materials, and updates
• Represent the company at external CSR events and partner engagements
• Be available for occasional evening and weekend events as required
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CSR, community development, or event management
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or related field
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from start to finish
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus
• Adaptable and calm when priorities shift on short notice
• Comfortable being fully accountable for program outcomes
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta with occasional flexible hours

• Portfolio of CSR programs or events personally managed
