Deskripsi pekerjaan CORPORATE SECRETARY cum ADMIN PT MITRA KARYA SARANA
PT. Mitra Karya Sarana (MKS) is a rapidly growing company engaged in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) as well as civil construction, located in KABIL (Taiwan International Park). We are seeking a competent and highly professional individual to support corporate governance, finance, and ensure company compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Law or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Secretary, Finance, Legal Corporate, or Business Administration.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Administration, Company Regulations, and Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and Financial Management.
- Experienced in handling Board of Directors & Commissioners meetings, including preparing minutes and official documentation.
- Familiar with corporate licensing, legal documentation, and regulatory reporting.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- High integrity, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and corporate regulations.
- Implement and monitor Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices.
- Manage corporate legal documents, permits, and statutory records.
Executive, Board, and Shareholder Management:
- Provide comprehensive executive secretarial support to the Managing Director.
- Organize and coordinate RUPS, Board of Directors, and Board of Commissioners meetings.
- Monitor follow-up actions from board decisions.
Legal & Regulatory Coordination:
- Liaise with notary, legal advisors, and regulators (government institutions) for corporate matters and reporting obligations.
- Ensure timely submission of required corporate reports.
Finance & Administrative Support:
- Oversee and record financial activities, including budgeting, expense monitoring, and routine financial reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial documentation and administrative records.
- Support internal coordination to ensure smooth cross-departmental operations
