Job Description
- Providing legal support on management issues
- Independent legal research on various field for business operations procedure
- Draft, reviewing and finalizing various types of agreements and other legal documents
- Review the vendors contracts for internal & external functions, non-disclosure agreements, powers of attorney, and any legality documents that supporting the business process.
- Managing the company registration and legal permission issues
- As an advisor to giving insight of all related legal corporate matters in terms to support company business flow
Job Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- Proven experience as in-house legal counsel with minimum 2 year experience
- Experience in drafting (Indonesian and English) legal documentation
- Business proficiency level of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Have minimum 2 years experience in Notary/PPAT firm
