Deskripsi pekerjaan CORPORATE LEGAL STAFF (MANDARIN SPEAKER) PT PEGASUS SINERGI SOLUSINDO
We are looking for an active Mandarin Speaker Legal Staff. In this role, you will support legal operations, draft and review contracts, ensure compliance with local & international regulations, and serve as the bridge between the company and Mandarin-speaking partners.
Job Descriptions:
- Draft and review contracts/agreements and other legal documents.
- Translate legal documents, agreements, contracts, and regulations from Indonesian to Mandarin and vice versa.
- Act as a communication bridge between local management and Chinese partners/investors. Interpret spoken communication, including during meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
- Conduct legal research on issues that may arise in company operations, from both local and international regulatory perspectives.
- Coordinate with notaries, legal consultants, and relevant government agencies (e.g., Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, BKPM) on legal matters.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
- Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of work experience in the legal field (experience preferred).
- Proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently as well as in a team.
