We are seeking an experienced Corporate Learning & Development Manager to join PT Bali Pawiwahan (Coco Group Bali) in Kuta Selatan, Bali. This is a contract position that plays a strategic role in developing and implementing comprehensive learning and development programmes across our organisation. As the Corporate Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives that enhance employee capabilities, drive organisational performance, and support our company's growth objectives. This role is essential in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout our workforce.
