Corporate Lawyer

Requirements:

• Female
• Bachelor of law degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0 / 4.0
• Having Advocate License (is an advantage)
• Having experience in law firm or other legal industry at least 2 (two) years
• Having knowledge in Indonesian Corporate and Procedural Law
• Fluent in English, both in oral and written
• Able to analyze problem and offer workable solution
• A personable manner, ability to work well in a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• The ambition to advance in their career
• Able to perform under challenging deadlines

• Providing Legal Advice to Client
• Assisting Client in general corporate transaction
• Preparing and drafting legal contract, legal opinion, and any other related documents
