corporate Lawyer

BVR Group Asia is an Intergrated service company with 14 active Divisions who dedicated themselves to provide the best quality of service to our client. We are looking for a Talented Corporate Lawyer who will join us and provide legal advice to the team management leadership.

Job Descriptions will be include but not limited to:

• Representing the company in legal matters such as filing lawsuits or defending against lawsuits filed by shareholders or other third parties
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and revising contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, confidentiality agreements, licensing agreements, settlement agreements, and purchase agreements
• Reviewing and analyzing contracts, leases, deeds, wills, trusts, securities offerings, bonds, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Researching applicable laws, regulations, and precedents to prepare for trials or negotiations

Job Requirements:

• Holding Certificate advocate from PERADI and Advocate Profession Examination Certificate
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a corporate legal or similar role and must have an experience in legal practice both at a law firm and as an in-house legal consultant within a corporate setting;
• Good communication skills with English proficiency in spoken and written English;
• Excellent knowledge & understanding of corporate law and procedures
• experience working in a legal corporate capacity providing legal advice on a vast set of general corporate matters
• have experience working on corporate governance issues as well as experience working at all levels of management consulting with senior business leaders and stakeholders;
• Having skill in legal drafting for various agreements and all forms of legal documentation;
• Candidate must be a strategic and creative thinker and must be result oriented as well as detail-oriented, be flexible and welcoming to change, have excellent organizational and planning skills also will have the ability to manage numerous simultaneous projects and meet tight deadlines;
• Having good relations with the government or other third parties would be an advantage.
