Requirements:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business, Education or related fields from a reputable university.

· 5-7 years of managerial experience in operations (franchise/education/retail preferred).

· Must have proven experience managing companies with multiple branches (franchise or non-franchise).

· Strong leadership, sharp problem-solving, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

· Able to develop, evaluate, and ensure the achievement of operational SOPs and team KPIs.

Job Description:

· Lead and coordinate the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations across all branches.

· Manage strategic communication and relationships with Franchisees (Franchisee Relations) and resolve branch operational issue

· Lead the onboarding process for new branches to ensure successful Grand Openings (GO) in July.

· Monitor and assist the performance of existing franchise centers.
