Requirements:
• Demographics: Balinese Native (Orang Bali) with deep cultural alignment.
• Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum 8–10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, with the past 3–5 years as a General Manager overseeing boutique resorts, hotels, or multi-property portfolios.
o Proven track record in managing pre-opening phases, hotel launches, or multi-tiered property setups (resorts, boutique hotels, hostels) in Bali, with deep market and cultural experience.
• Core Competencies:
o Strong expertise in revenue management, yield optimization, and budget administration without relying on rate discounting.
o Deep experience in SOP architecture, quality control, and guest complaint resolution.
o Strong leadership presence, willing to step forward, lead from the front, and drive team discipline.

Responsibilities:
• Multi-Property Operational Governance:
o Direct daily operations across The Udaya Resort & Spa, Hotel Ashka, and MJ House, ensuring consistent service delivery and SOP compliance.
o Oversee pre-opening operational readiness, staffing alignment, and workflow setup for Hotel Ashka leading to its grand opening.
• Revenue Optimization & Financial Governance:
o Take full accountability for driving top-line revenue and GOP performance across all properties, maintaining annual occupancy rates above the baseline of 85–90% without compromising room rates or brand positioning.
o Formulate, manage, and optimize operational budgets in close coordination with the Board of Directors (BOD), who handle corporate financial administration.
• SOP Enforcement & Operational Leadership:
o Actively inspect, audit, and enforce standard operating procedures across front-of-house, heart-of-house, and guest experience touchpoints.
o Lead by example as a visible, decision-making leader who addresses operational friction directly and maintains high accountability across all department heads.
• People Management & Culture:
o Mentor, evaluate, and direct property department heads, fostering a professional, high-performance execution culture across a total workforce of over 200 employees.
o Ensure smooth cross-property staff allocation and matrix reporting alignment between department heads, the GM, and the Board of Directors.
