About the Role
MilikiRumah is looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and business-minded Corporate Finance & Business Analyst to join our growing team.
In this role, you will support financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, business performance monitoring, and management reporting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights, evaluate business opportunities, and support data-driven strategic decisions.
We welcome fresh graduates, candidates with relevant internship experience, and early-career professionals with up to 3 years of experience who demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, financial knowledge, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Support annual and quarterly budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Prepare budget-versus-actual analysis and identify significant financial variances.
- Develop financial models, projections, and scenario analyses to support business decisions.
2. Business Performance & Financial Analysis
- Analyse revenue, OPEX, CAPEX, EBITDA, profitability, and other key financial indicators.
- Monitor business performance and maintain financial reports and KPI dashboards.
- Identify financial trends, potential risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- 3. Cash Flow & Commercial Finance
- Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts, liquidity analysis, and working capital monitoring.
- Support financial feasibility studies, business cases, pricing evaluations, and investment analysis.
- Evaluate unit economics, financial performance, and profitability across business initiatives.
4. Management Reporting & Business Partnering
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, management presentations, and performance updates.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect, validate, and analyse financial and operational data.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support management and strategic decision-making.
5. Business & Product Analytics
- Support financial and operational analysis of the company's business models, including SaaS and Rent-to-Own (RTO).
- Monitor relevant business metrics, customer conversion, revenue performance, and profitability.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis and business improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant internship experience is highly valued. Candidates with 1–3 years of professional experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Analysis, or related functions are also encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of financial statements, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including financial calculations, data analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with OPEX, CAPEX, EBITDA, cash flow, and profitability analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and business acumen.
- Fluent in both English (IS A MUST) and Bahasa Indonesia, with strong written and verbal communication skills (mandatory).
- Able to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Internship or professional experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Consulting, Business Intelligence, or Management Reporting.
- Exposure to financial modelling, feasibility studies, financial dashboards, or management reporting.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Understanding of SaaS, FinTech, PropTech, real estate, or startup business models.
