Qualifications
- Max. 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with significant exposure to Indonesian tax laws and regulations
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Certified with Brevet A and B
- Proven track record of managing tax and accounting functions in a complex business environment
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Accurate and Microsoft Office
- High level of integrity & ethical conduct, a commitment to compliance & transparency in all financial activities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial, also tax strategies while ensuring compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations
- Oversee daily financial transactions and the filling of all tax returns
- Conduct regular financial transactions, AR-AP, tax and accounting reviews, also assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for optimization
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on financial and accounting matters
- Lead the accounting team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK/IFRS)
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and coordinate the preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Create Financial Reports for stakeholders and management
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations in Indonesia and assess their impact on the company's operations
- Lead and implement stock opname strategies to ensure stock count accuracy
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
