Corporate Driver

Job Description

1. Safely transport employees, management, guests, and company materials to and from designated locations.
2. Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good operating condition at all times.
3. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any damage, malfunction, or maintenance requirements.
4. Follow all traffic regulations, company safety procedures, and driving policies
5. Plan routes efficiently and ensure timely arrival at destinations
6. Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance.
7. Assist with loading and unloading documents, equipment, or other company items when required.
8. Provide professional and courteous service to passengers, guests, and company personnel
9. Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

1. Possess a valid SIM A and have a clean driving record.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of professional driving experience is preferred.
3. Good knowledge of Batam roads and surrounding areas.
4. Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Able to maintain confidentiality when handling company personnel or management.
7. Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours when required.
