Corporate Development & Strategic Investment Manager
About the Role :
Shella Saukia (SS) is looking for an experienced Corporate Development & Strategic Investment Manager to work closely with management on strategic investor, fundraising, and corporate development initiatives.
This role will initially focus on strategic investor and fundraising activities, with opportunities to support broader corporate development initiatives including M&A, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities :
- Lead internal preparation for strategic investor and fundraising transactions.
- Work closely with management and external corporate finance advisors.
- Build and review financial models, business forecasts, and valuation analyses.
- Develop investment materials, equity stories, and management presentations.
- Coordinate investor data rooms and due diligence processes.
- Support investor mapping, outreach, and management meetings.
- Analyze transaction structures, term sheets, and investment proposals.
- Support management throughout negotiation and transaction closing.
- Support future M&A, joint ventures, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Requirements :
- 3–7 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience from one or more of the following backgrounds is preferred:
- Big Four Deals / Corporate Finance / Transaction Advisory / Valuation
- Investment Banking / M&A Advisory
- Private Equity
- Corporate Development
- Strategic Finance
Strong capabilities in:
