- Experience: min. 3-5 years of experience in professional kitchen roles (e.g., Head Chef) with managerial responsibilities.
- Managerial Skills: Ability to manage kitchen staff, budgets, inventory, and overall kitchen operations. Promote cross sectional effective communication with positive team spirit.
- Creativity: Expertise in creating and developing innovative and appealing menu's. Lead product improvement initiatives for smooth facility operation.
