Job Description :
- Manage company administrative tasks and documentation, especially related to contracts with vendors, partners, and external parties.
- Follow up and ensure completeness of required documents for vendor payment processes.
- Act as a liaison between the Operations team and vendors regarding administrative requirements, contracts, and payment matters.
- Coordinate with the Operations team in preparing event needs, including accommodation and catering arrangements.
- Monitor vendor payment processes before and after payment to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Coordinate internally with related teams to support smooth administrative operations for events.
- Organize, maintain, and archive company documents in both physical and digital formats.
- Ensure all administrative processes are carried out in accordance with company procedures and standards.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Previous experience in administration, corporate administration, or event administration is a plus.
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong coordination and communication skills (indonesian & english).
- Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Possess good initiative and problem solving skills.
