Job Summary
The Copywriter is responsible for creating clear, engaging, and persuasive content for the company's website and social media platforms. This role ensures all written content aligns with the brand voice, supports marketing objectives, and effectively communicates with the target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Write compelling copy for website pages, landing pages, blogs, and other digital content.
- Create engaging captions and copy for social media platforms.
- Develop marketing copy for campaigns, advertisements, email marketing, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
- Conduct basic research to create informative and relevant content.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Design, and Creative teams to develop integrated campaigns.
- Optimize website content using basic SEO best practices.
- Proofread and edit content before publication.
- Update and revise existing website and social media content as needed.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in copywriting, content writing, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is an advantage.
