- Proactively seek out new ideas in response to Creative Brief through a combination of experience, learnings and social insights by partnering with creative and planning.
- Maintain and try new ideas or concepts on different platforms.
- Deliver high quality concept/ copywriting ideation.
- Stay close to the whole team (art director; planner) to build up creative ideas throughout internal creative brainstorm sessions.
- Collaborate with the whole team (creative lead, art director, designer) to enhance ideas as a consolidated creative deck.
- Representative for the team to inspiringly present the idea to the account/client.
- Other tasks from Creative Lead.
- Deliver well-crafted copywriting for all creative assets
- Well-collaborate with other teams to enhance creative quality.
- Copywriting quality management for outcomes from suppliers (VDO production)
- Manage a team of 1-2 junior writers/interns to push up higher quality work of the copywriter team.
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in the same position or content writer position (with idea orientation) in digital agencies (experienced in social campaigns is a plus).
- Project management skills and understand the process.
- Excellent in writing (in English and Vietnamese).
- Visual thinking skill is a plus.
- Demonstrate range in both visual thinking and copy writing.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance every project and are not above any tasks.
- Open minded and “can do” attitude is a must.
