Copywriter Requirements
1. Writing Skills
- Strong grammar, storytelling, and clear writing skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Able to create copy that is engaging, concise, and aligned with each brand’s tone of voice
- Experienced in writing for social media content, campaign ideas, captions, storyline/script, digital ads, and content angles
- Able to adapt writing styles across different brand personalities (playful, edgy, elegant, informative, etc.)
- Capable of translating complex ideas into simple, relatable, and audience-friendly messaging
- Has a strong portfolio that showcases versatility in writing styles and creative thinking
2. Creative & Strategic Thinking
- Able to interpret briefs and transform them into creative ideas that are relevant and executable
- Capable of ideating content angles, hooks, storytelling approaches, and campaign concepts based on marketing objectives
- Up-to-date with trends, internet culture, and platform behavior across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and X/Twitter
- Understands what makes content engaging, shareable, and culturally relevant for digital audiences
- Proactive in brainstorming sessions and collaborative team projects
- Open to feedback, quick revisions, and working in a fast-paced creative environment

- Experience working in creative agency / social media agency environment
- A social media chameleon with a strong sense of authenticity and cultural relevance
- Understands KOL/influencer content dynamics and short-form video trends
- Familiar with content planning and campaign workflow
- Has good taste in content, references, and storytelling execution
- Able to contribute beyond writing (creative direction, content treatment ideas, references, etc.)
