They operate an integrated business model that includes organic moringa farms, a licensed production facility, and a corporate office, ensuring full control over quality from cultivation to finished goods. With a strong commitment to sustainability, ethical practices, and health innovation, the company combines regenerative agriculture with modern manufacturing to serve both local and international markets. They are located in Umalas, Bali.
Job Summary:
The Copywriter (Landing Page) will craft persuasive, conversion-focused landing page copy that aligns with product positioning and campaign goals. The role requires a strong grasp of UX writing, A/B testing concepts, and the ability to translate product benefits into clear, actionable messaging. You will work closely with designers, marketers, and analysts to produce copy that drives engagement and improves conversion metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive landing page copy for product launches, paid campaigns, and promotional funnels.
- Collaborate with designers, CRO specialists, and marketers to ensure copy and layout work together to maximize conversions.
- Develop headline options, value propositions, body copy, CTAs, microcopy, and UX copy for forms and interactions.
- Create variations for A/B and multivariate tests, and iterate based on performance data and user research.
- Localise and adapt copy for Indonesian and English-speaking markets while maintaining brand voice and tone.
- Review and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Maintain a swipe file of effective messaging and competitive landing page examples to inform future work.
- Work within campaign timelines and support cross-functional teams to meet launch schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience writing conversion-focused landing pages, email copy, or paid ad copy for digital campaigns.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates landing page copy, headlines, and measurable results (e.g., improved CTR, conversion uplift).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Familiarity with CRO principles, A/B testing workflows, and basic analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar).
- Ability to write for different audience segments and adapt tone while keeping messaging simple and actionable.
- Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail.
